What are coins?
Coins are Camly's virtual currency. You buy them on the platform and use them for tips, private streams and video purchases. As a viewer, coins cannot be exchanged back into money; streamers can pay out their coins — see the Terms of Service for details.
Why can't I write in chat?
Chat unlocks the first time you add coins to your account. After that you can always write — even if your balance later reaches zero.
What does a private stream cost?
Private streams are billed per started minute, and the per-minute price is always shown before you start or join. If you lose your connection you are not charged for new minutes — and if you run out of coins, participation ends automatically. You can never go into the negative.
How do I become a streamer?
Create an account, press "Go Live" and complete the streamer setup. You must be 18 or older and confirm your identity.
How do I withdraw my earnings as a streamer?
Payouts follow the platform's payout terms. Write to us via the form if you have questions about your payout.
How do I delete my account?
Write to us via the form using the "Account & login" topic and we will delete your account and data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Complaints
For all complaints, please contact us through support@camly.tv. Complaints will be reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days. That resolution will then be communicated to the Complainant. Appeals or requests for any decision made should be presented, again, to support@camly.tv.
Appeals
If you have been depicted in any content and would like to appeal removal of such content, please notify us by email support@camly.tv. If there should be disagreement regarding an appeal, we will allow the disagreement to be resolved by a neutral party, with any associated costs to be covered by the merchant.
