Terms of Service

1. Provider

Camly is operated by Streamworks Media Limited, registration no. HE 496889, Palaion Patron Germanou 11, 8011 Paphos, Cyprus. VAT registration is in progress (TIN: 60389971A).

2. About the service

Camly is a streaming platform where streamers can broadcast live and publish videos, and where viewers can watch, follow streamers, chat and purchase access to content using the platform's virtual currency, coins.

3. Age requirement (18+)

Camly is exclusively for persons aged 18 or over. By using the platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Accounts belonging to persons under 18 are closed without notice.

4. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email secure — all activity on your account is considered yours.

You may only hold one account, and you may not share, sell or transfer it to anyone else.

5. Coins

Coins are a virtual currency that can only be used on Camly — to purchase access to videos, tip streamers and use other platform features.

All prices on Camly include VAT.

Coins cannot be exchanged back into money and are non-refundable except where mandatory law provides otherwise. For streamers, the payout rules in the streamer earnings and payouts section apply.

When purchasing coins you agree that delivery takes place immediately, and that your statutory right of withdrawal for consumers lapses upon delivery.

To write in chat as a viewer you must have added coins to your account at least once. This access is then permanent and is not affected by your balance later reaching zero.

6. Pricing, private streams and tips

All prices on the platform are shown in coins before you confirm a purchase or join. Tips are voluntary, charged immediately and non-refundable.

Private streams are billed per started minute at the per-minute price shown before you start or join as a spectator. The first minute is charged when your participation starts — after that, each new minute is charged as it begins. A started minute is not refunded.

You are only charged for a new minute if you are present when it begins. If you leave the session or lose your connection, no further minutes are charged — only the minute you have already paid for runs to its end.

If you run out of coins, your paid participation ends automatically. You can never end up owing money.

If the streamer loses their connection, billing is automatically paused and no coins are charged while it is paused. Billing only resumes once the streamer is back.

Sharing your own camera or microphone in a private stream are separate add-ons with their own per-minute prices and require the streamer's approval. They are billed the same way, per started minute, and billing stops when the share is turned off.

7. Purchasing videos

When you purchase access to a video, you receive personal access to play it on Camly for as long as the video remains available on the platform. Access is personal and non-transferable.

The streamer owns their content and may delete a video or their account at any time. If the streamer deletes a video, your access to it ends — even if you purchased access. Coins spent are not refunded in that case.

Purchased content may only be played through Camly. You may not download, record, copy or share it.

8. Content and conduct

Streamers are responsible for the content they broadcast and publish, and warrant that they hold all necessary rights to it and that everyone appearing in it is at least 18 years old and has consented. Streamers additionally accept a separate streamer agreement with consent and documentation requirements for all depicted persons.

All uploaded videos are reviewed by Camly before publication, and live streams may be monitored and interrupted upon breach of these terms.

The following is prohibited everywhere on the platform:

• Content involving persons under 18 — without exception.
• Content lacking the consent of everyone appearing in it, including revenge porn and hidden recordings.
• Illegal content, threats, harassment, hate speech and incitement to violence.
• Sharing or reselling someone else's content without permission.
• Attempts to circumvent the platform's payment or security mechanisms.

9. Streamer verification

All streamers must confirm their identity and age with valid photo ID before they can receive payouts. The same applies to every person appearing on camera in a stream or video — without exception.

We store verification records securely and only for as long as necessary to meet our legal obligations.

10. Reporting content, copyright and appeals

If you see content that violates these terms or the law, you can report it via the report function on the stream or the contact page (topic "Report content"). We handle reports as quickly as possible and remove illegal content once we become aware of it.

Rights holders can report copyright infringement via the contact page (topic "Copyright") with a description of the work and a link to the allegedly infringing content.

If you appear in content on Camly, you may at any time demand its removal via the contact page (topic "Request removal"). We respond to requests within 7 days. If valid consent cannot be documented, the content is removed immediately — and any disagreement about whether consent is valid may be resolved by a neutral body at our expense.

If your account or content is sanctioned (removal, timeout or closure), you can appeal the decision via the contact page. We will review the case and reply with our reasoning.

11. Live streams and recordings

Live streams are recorded so the streamer can publish or download their recording afterwards. Only the streamer's own camera and audio feed is recorded — viewers who join with camera or microphone in private streams are not included in the recording.

Recordings that the streamer does not publish or save are automatically deleted after 7 days.

12. Streamer earnings and payouts

Streamers earn coins through video sales, tips and paid streams. Streamers can pay out both earned and self-purchased coins. For viewers, coins cannot be paid out.

Coins are frozen for 7 days from receipt or purchase before they can be paid out. Frozen coins can be spent freely on the platform during that period. If you receive coins from another streamer, a new 7-day period runs from receipt.

A 25% platform fee is deducted from the amount at payout. The minimum payout is 400 coins. The fee rate and minimum may change with notice pursuant to the section on changes to these terms.

Payout requests are processed manually. In case of reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud or chargebacks, a payout may be withheld while the matter is investigated.

Streamers are solely responsible for reporting and paying tax on their earnings.

13. Termination and suspension

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. While suspended you cannot log in while the matter is investigated. Upon closure due to material breach, remaining coins are forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your access to purchased content and any remaining coins lapses.

14. Liability

Camly is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for content provided by streamers, or for losses caused by downtime, errors or deletion of content, beyond what mandatory law requires.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced on the platform or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and disputes are settled by the courts of Cyprus — unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence entitle you otherwise.
